St. Joseph Kitchen Ministry Presents

Come and enjoy a wonderful meal after the 9am and 11am Masses. The meal is hosted by Chef Martin Rodriguez and the St. Joseph Kitchen Ministry. On the menu, Carne en su Jugo, which is Jalisco's regional dish. Carne en su jugo is tender beef simmered in a flavorful light broth, served with beans, crispy bacon, fresh cilantro, onion, and lime. Come and enjoy this traditional specialty from Jalisco with authentic Mexican flavor. Suggested donation is $12 per adult plate.
